“Employers/Agencies”: Users who create an account to view and interact with job seekers’ profiles.

“Job Seekers”: Users who create an account to provide their professional information and seek employment opportunities.

“Services”: The features and tools provided on our Website, including profile viewing and communication functions.

Account Creation
3.1 To access certain features of the Website, you must create an account.

3.2 You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to update your information to keep it accurate and complete.

3.3 You are responsible for safeguarding your account login credentials and for any activities or actions under your account.

Use of Services
4.1 Employers may view Job Seekers’ profiles, search for candidates, and communicate with Job Seekers through the Website unless job seeker added phone number.

4.2 Employers must NOT use WorkedUP to fill their own contact systems. The use of faking a potential job opportunity to gain contacts by job seekers is strictly forbidden. Your company will be permanently banned and may be followed by legal action.

4.3 Job Seekers can create and manage their profiles and communicate with Employers.

4.4 You agree to use the Website and Services for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

User Conduct
5.1 You agree not to:

Use the Website to harass, abuse, or harm another person.

Post false or misleading information.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website or its systems.

Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
